Professionalism
I reserve the right to terminate a session in the event of a client’s inappropriate behavior and payment for that session will be rendered in full.
Confidentiality
Client information is kept strictly confidential. I respect your confidentiality and will not share your information with anyone.
Treatment Times
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If you arrive late, the session will be adjusted accordingly. Meaning the session will still end at the schedule time and you will be charge the FULL amount for the session. If it is your FIRST appointment please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out health history forms, discuss concerns, and to ask any questions.
Cancellation and Lateness
To make session times available for all clients, please give 24 hour advanced notice for canceled appointments. If a client is late or cancels without 24 hours notice they will be charged the full amount of their scheduled treatment. *See full policy below
Payment Options
Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted. Health Savings Cards are accepted but your policy may not cover massage. Please check with your company before you appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 service fee.
*Cancellation and Lateness Policy
The following constitutes my policy for cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows. I ask that you read the policy and ask questions for clarification if necessary.
When you schedule an appointment that time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment please be courteous and give notice so that the time can be opened up for someone else that needs it.
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of emergency or inclement weather. If you have an emergency that prevents you from keeping your appointment please call as soon as possible. A minimum of 4 hours is required when canceling due to illness. If you have a fever, I am unable to give you a massage. If you are unsure, please call. All appointments canceled without proper notice will be charged the cost of the session reserved for them and must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. If you have purchased a package your time will be automatically deducted from this account.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Time for your appointment has been reserved for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follow yours. Full payment for your session will be expected.
No-Shows: If you completely miss your appointment without any prior notification, then you are considered a "No-Show". No-shows will be charged the cost of the scheduled session the charge is expected to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
I also agree to respect your time and any of your appointments scheduled with me. If for any reason I am late I will make sure you receive the full session you have scheduled.
*NOTE: Repeated occurrence of Cancellations, Late Arrivals or No-Shows and/or refusal to pay for additional fees applied in connection with this policy could potentially result in your no longer being able to schedule appointments with me.
